The TRUE State of Doosan Infracore...

Suwanee, GA USA, March 18, 2011 - This week, you may have seen the article published in ForkliftAction.com that was titled "Doosan wants to sell Forklift Business". This article, as written, is inaccurate and does not reflect the actual business plan of the company in regards to its current position. The fact of the matter is that Doosan Infracore is looking to sell only a minority interest of their Forklift business and retain the governing share as part the Doosan Group. The capital raised can be used for many purposes including global expansion in China and Brazil as mentioned.

The whole company is not being sold as indicated in the news article and furthermore, the focus of the company will remain dedicated to providing quality forklift products, parts and services to our current and future dealers, customers, and partners worldwide. The basic structure of the Forklift Business Group as we know it today, will remain intact and it will be "business as usual" to the marketplace.

2010 was a very good year for Doosan's Forklift Business Group and the future remains bright as we move forward with the development of many new products and programs that will make us even stronger. As the economy continues to grow, Doosan will be there by your side all the way.
